Need Help With A Lost Recipe

I was wondering if anyone can help me because I had seen a recipe in a Paleo book for home made energy bars but completely lost it. I tried finding it again online but can't seem to find the same one.

The thing I loved about the recipe is that it had no added sugar, of any kind (no raisins, dates, etc), no eggs or dairy and it was no bake. They suggested using Coconut Butter or Coconut Oil and Almond Butter as the binder to keep all of the nuts together. You simply hardened the bars in the fridge. It was so simple that I am kicking myself for not writing down the measurements of the ingredients.

If anyone is familiar with this recipe, please post it because I bought an incredibly expensive Coconut Butter to make these but haven't been able to use it yet.

Probably not them, but I found this: http://detoxinista.com/2012/03/creamy-almond-butter-freezer-fudge/ Suggests stevia in place of honey for sugar free version, though I don't know how paleolithic stevia is Smiley Very Happy

They look good, anyway!

I can just omit the Stevia and the Honey but everything seems to be what I was looking for. I just need to add the nuts to it. I think I can work with this one!

Isn't stevia paleo? It is a plant...people often think it is like aspartame or other artificial sweeteners, but it is not. Can someone clarify this for me? I have been considering trying it again after years of not (I found it to be both too sweet and bitter at the same time, as illogical as that sounds) because I have been told the processing has resulted in a more consistent and less weird flavor.
