Hey everyone,
I'm new here. Hoping to join or set up a challenge for no candy or junk. Not sure how that would work but....just throwin it out there.
Not looking to get too **ahem** about everything just trying to cut out chips, candy, etc.
Any ideas?
Thats a good thing to do to stay healthy. However, if your trying to loose weight then that would not be the right challenge. Candy does have you gain tons of weight. What you gain weight from is chips and salty snacks. You can have candy as long as its just a little, but for a snack don't eat chips, eat something like fruit.
However, sense your cutting out chips then just avoid the salty snack or basically food with lots of calories no matter what it might be.
