Hi, does anyone know what the 'nutrition facts' for each food logged is a measure of? Is it the standard per 100g? It doesn't change if the Logged food size differs. I can't find this information anywhere. Probably can't see for looking knowing me! Any help is appreciated. 😜

It isusually 100 grams but sometimes 100 ml, or one package. For food entered by users, it is whatever they put.

It's definitely NOT whatever you put in because, as the OP says, it doesn't change when you alter the food you've logged. I had the same question. Not sure why they can't put the value on the screen, it would be much simpler. I guess it must be per 100gms or ml.
Basically, if you say you ate one orange, the nutritional facts content doesn't change if you then say you ate two oranges. Only the calories change beside the food logged. Not very useful!

The macros and other information changes, too.

The macronutrients change too, yes. But if for instance you wanted to know exact grams of carbs - for a low carb diet - all you have is a percentage with the macros. You need to then look at the nutrient facts for each item to work out exact grams, rather than percentages. But if the nutrients only display data per 100 gms, or whatever, you then have to try and extrapolate from THAT how many you used. So 31grams of carbs per 100 grams of X, but you only ate 35 gms of X, not 100 grams, then you need to do the maths to work out exact carbs.
I like the app, it's great. Don't get me wrong. But it could be tweaked to be even better!
