I've recently started eating a 'modified' paleo diet, and I'm hooked! I absolutely love nom nom paleo for recipes and ideas. Are there any paleo people here who have some other resources, or just want to share what lead you to the diet?
* and by 'modified' here's what I mean: Mon-Fri = no dairy, no grains, no legumes, no starches, no processed food. I do allow myself to have wine on the nights I have my krav maga class. Sat-Sun = no processed food, but might allow myself to have some sweet potato, mozerella, or a bit of homemmade banana bread.

I too am trying a modified Paleo approach (About 3 months now) I did discover my Cholesterol and Triglycerides were mildly elevated for the very first time ever. Not sure if it is because I need to loose some weight or eating meat. I was Vegetarian for years and decided to make a change to Paleo to see if I felt better. Could be a transition stage? I am getting my blood work done again in 4 months so time will tell as I am going to stick to it and see if using my fitbit and Paleo diet plan will make a difference. Was thinking I will cut back on portion size and types of meat I eat to see if that reduces Cholesterol and Triglycerides. I am also Gluten free.
