I love protein powder and usually put it in smoothies... But lately my parents have been sleeping in and the kitchen is next to there bed room. Long story short the blender makes to much noise and I need ideas about what else I can put protein powder in? Please help!

You should purchase a flavor of protein powder that you like and add milk to it. Instead of using the blender to mix it up, get yourself a hand held automatic mixing stick, which will mix up your shake good. I have the same problem, I wake up at 4:00 am to go to the gym and I don't want to wake everyone up with the blender. I purchased the hand held mixer from Amazon ($8-10) and it has worked great.

I make protein powder pancakes for breakfast sometimes. Or protein powder peanut butter snacks.

What about one of those cups for mixing protein powders.....Mine has a metal spring shaped like a ball and when you shake it, the clumps break up. I've also used a cup with a tight lid and ice cubes. Shake vigorously. No mixer or blender needed.

Get a shaker bottle w/ a wire ball in it. No blender necessary. I love to do almond milk in mine...only 60 calories a cuand double the calcium of cows milk. I add chocolate whey and PB2 for a peanut butter cup, coffee w/ chocolate and cinnamon for a mocha taste. Use vanilla in the same way. I also add whey protein in my oatmeal. Love it, especially cinnamon whey protein. Look for brands sweetened w/ stevia and at least 23 grams of protein. Watch calories as some can have as many as 300 per serving. Look for calories around 90 to 120.

I mixup 2scoops in 12oz of water (1st Phorm Level-1 Peanut Butter Cup) and have a bowl of Total Whole Grain for breakfast (about 1 hr befor emy morning, pre-work cardio session). That gives me well over 50 of the 175g of protein I need for the day.

I put Vega All-In-One Chai Latte in a pint mason jar, fill half way with unsweetened almond milk, put the lid on and shake it like mad, then add almond milk to the top and shake again.
Sometimes I put a tablespoon of the protein/almond milk in with the 1/2 cup brown rice Ive sprinkled with cardamom and popped in the microwave for a minute
OMG best breakfast EVER

This is a "clean diet" shake that you might also like----
• ¾ cup cooked pumpkin (you can use canned, but fresh is much better)
• 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 3 dates, pits removed
• 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
• 1 tablespoon chai seed
• handful of ice

Hello,
Dont laugh but i use the mixing as an exercise to some degree.
I put my powder in my drinks container complete with ice cold fully skimmed milk and some glass marbles "like the ones maybe as boys we played with as children?"
Screw the cap back on and a good 5 minutes shaking above your head if you have the time works wonders for those "bingo wings" under your biceps (if you have any) - (not be judgmental)
Anyways its noise free can be done anywhere and burns a few calories while you are prepping!
Have a fabuloso day
David

I buy large bags of frozen mixed fruit at Walmart. I cup mixed fruit...microwave at 70% power for 2 minutes..add 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder..I add enough of any kind of juice of flavored water so it's not pasty. Have done this for several years...4-5 times a week. Now I actually find it hard ot eat fruit with the protein powder.
