I'm not familiar with Appelbees (I'm not in the US), but the mere name "Quesadilla Burger" makes me think the easiest way to solve your problem (finding info about it) is not to eat it in the first place. If you want to eat healthily, I'm sure there are plenty of other options than "Applebees Quesadilla Burgers" that are just as tasty.
