ANSWERED

I use to drink soft drinks like 5 a week energy drinks but I plan to reduce the amount and I was wondering how many soft/fizzy drinks I can drink a week to stay healthy.

I used to drink a lot of coke and a lot of Redbull's (and I mean A LOT). I ended up substituting with flavored seltzers that have zero everything and after two weeks or so, my taste buds adapted and I LOVED them. I've been off my "diet"/lifestyle change for a few months and back at it and find that, once again, am not loving the seltzers but I think after I can get past the (what seems to be for me) first 2 week hurdle, they'll be my go to once again. I love the fizz. I also homebrew my own iced coffees/lattes and have A LOT of those throughout the day. Eventually, those soda's and energy drink will not be missed. Maybe you don't want to stop them, and that's fine. All things in moderation. That's just my ~encouragement~ for the day 😉
