I'm looking for Recipes that can be made healthy. Kind of like those books "Eat this - Not That"
Chicken and Rice Casserole
2 cans of Cream of Chicken
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom
1 Stick of butter
2 pints of home canned or store bought chicken
2 1/2 cups of white rice
Mix together, and bake at 375 for an hour.

It says, essentially, use low sodium broth instead of the cream soups and add vegetables.
