Replacement for Supreme Protein bars?

Hi everyone! I'm still pretty new to Fitbit, and mostly ignored the forums so far...but I'm desperate so I decided to make a post finally!  So, first of all I'm not 100% sure that the Supreme Protein bars are discontinued, but I'm basing my assumption on the fact that I got mine at Big Lots and when I cleared their shelves I then looked on Amazon and all over the internet for some and can't find them except at absurd prices.  My favorite were German Chocolate Cake and Peanut Butter Pretzel Twist.  These I might consider paying high prices for, but I especially can't find my two flavors 😞
The main things I loved about these bars, which are the criteria for a replacement:

  • 30(ish) grams of protein
  • legit tasted like a candy bar, like the type of good that you felt almost guilty eating it and had to repeatedly check the label to remind yourself that it wasn't your average junk food
  • They didn't have that weird chewy grainy dry texture that a lot of protein bars have
  • Lower carbs are good, but I also try to stay away from artificial sweeteners if possible (and anything overly heavy on the Stevia taste--I'm glaring at you, Legion Whey+ Eggnog).  This is not really high on the priority list.

Another thought I had is that I have seen protein powders made for baking, and I do like to cook.  So if anyone knows of recipes for something like this and I could add a little of that if the recipe wasn't high enough in protein already....I'm definitely interested in those suggestions too!  Probably would also possibly be less expensive to make them anyways.

Thanks in advance for any help!

@TrashcanCandy: I make my own every now and then, because 1) I’m a cheap guy and 2) I want to have my say in what gets into them. I documented one experiment in this older topic.
