So, article on being NFL fit and plant-based...

I get a few questions on here now and then about weight loss, fitness and in particular vegan diet.  Here's a link to an article on what 300 lb NFL player and vegan David Carter eats, and why he changed his lifestyle.

 

I think it's okay.  Not selling anything, just sharing info...in fact the opposite, in his sample meal plan he doesn't take any suppliments, sports/protein drinks, just whole foods in right portions to meet nutritional needs....
