How accurate is the sodium count on the fitbit versa 2? I find it hard to believe that broccoli has 256.7 milligrams of sodium in ONE serving.

Fresh no it does not
Frozen yes I can believe it
I use CalorieKing.com a lot to check NI
Also which one are you choosing? I selected Broccoli Raw and it only hand 30 grams sodium which is correct

I chose steamed broccoli as I did steam fresh broccoli. I will choose raw or fresh moving forward. Seems more accurate.

It also says one cup of broccoli has 120 calories. In reality, it's more like 30.

I'm European, and I can only assume sodium is an American term fro salt and if this is so then it has potential to cause errors and confusion.
Is the figure in the database for salt content or sodium content, they are very different things? Sodium is only some 40% of salt but many people don't realise this (or they are unable to calculate this). Some of the salt data does not reflect this and if the sodium figure seems high then this is may be the issue.
