Hi there,
So i just started changing my diet (on my 4th day)
and i replace white rice (im asian, so yeah) with brown rice.
and been eating grilled chicken breast and removed all fried stuff.
Ive also given up ugly stuff (sodas, powdered drinks, chips etc)
I noticed that when i started eating more greens, i am experiencing slight diarrhea.
i think i triggered it badly the other day by eating wheat bread, not sure just my assumption.
Anyone experienced such things?
Hands up to all Filipino Fitbit users here!
What diet do you follow?

HI, @nabiville, and welcome to the community! Since you’ve changed so many things at once, it can be difficult to pinpoint what foods are causing what symptoms. Also, if you have been eating the same kind of diet (even one that includes several "unhealthy" items) for a long time, your guts have become used to it. Changing it all of a sudden (even when including new "healthier" items) can upset them. Try to eliminate the "suspects" one at a time, and see if it makes a difference.
Greens come in many types (that’s one of their many reasons why they’re so appealing). Some people may not tolerate all veggies very well, or may even be allergic to some of them. Google "FODMAP", for instance, and you’ll see surprising items (e.g. tomatoes and onions) on the list that may not be well tolerated by people prone to IBS.
