Suggestions to add more fat to the diet?

I don't have a kitchen at the moment, so keep in mind that I won't be able to cook anything aside from microwavable foods for the next 3 weeks or so while the remodel gets finished. As the title suggests, though, I'm looking to add more fat into my diet. Carbs and protein are easy, and I'm satisfied with the amount I'm eating but I never quite seem to get enough fat intake. Maybe that'll change when I can make things like eggs but.. -shrugs-

I've looked into Greek Yogurt and really like the Choben brand we sell at my work but I'm not sure that's really as healthy as the package suggests. The Macros look good but... I dunno. Actually paying attention to macros and the kinds of food I'm eating is sorta new to me lol.

I would suggest spending $40 and getting a small toaster oven.  I roast meats, vegetables and yes, even make toast in it.  Between the two cooking appliances, you have a full kitchen.  I would not worry about adding fat, it is rare for anyone to be fat deficient.  If you just want it, you can always put oil in salad dressing, use butter, avocado, you can cook eggs in a microwave too.  But I'd be hard pressed to have anything other than corn on the cob or baked potatoes in the microwave for any length of time.

I agree with @PatinNC I love avocado. Also add Olive oil. I have a salad every day and add it to the salad.

I can't begin to fathom why you'd want more fat in your diet, but if you want to, go for it!

For my money, oily fish and tree nuts are the way forward.

The world always seems a happier place after a tin of mackerel and a handful of Brazil nuts!

I'm not sure why a person would ever want to add more fat to their diet unless they are having trouble maintaining weight. Then a couple servings of nuts a day (about 2 handfuls) add plenty.

I LOVE my toaster oven! I can cook so many things in it without heating up my oven, and consequently my whole house. It's always my go-to kitchen appliance, but even more so in the summer.  🙂

Avocado on a toast is pretty awesome.  But it is easy to get around not having access to your kitchen stove for awhile.  In addition to the suggestion of a toaster oven you can also get a single electric burner or a portable induction countertop burner to get back to your eggs.  When we remodeled our kitchen we had a really cheap double burner like this one.  And I also used my outdoor grill.  Which doubled as a pizza oven.
