Hello to all, I hope you are all having a great day!
I was looking for some healthy recipes with fish (which I love) and found one with salmon (which I love a lot). I wanted to share this with you as it is very healthy and it is very tasty as well:
Ingredients
Preparation
Combine 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and fish in a zip-top plastic bag. Seal and marinate 20 minutes. Toast sesame seeds in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, and set aside. Drain fish, discarding marinade. Add fish to skillet, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 5 more minutes over medium-low heat. Remove from skillet, and keep warm. Add the zucchini, scallions, and 2 teaspoons oil to skillet. Saute 4 minutes, or until lightly browned. Stir in 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with salmon.

Yumm this looks good. Thanks! I will put it on the menu for next week.
Will use Halibut though. I dont like Salmon

@WendyB Excellent! I think Halibut will be great for this recipe. Almost any kind of fish could be useful for this teriyaki recipe.

I went shopping yesterday and got the stuff for this. Had most already. So I made it last night.
But it was good with Halibut.Yummm I will make this a lot. Easy and fast to do.

@WendyB That is awesome! Good to know that Halibut was okay for this recipe. I will do this again on Tuesday! It is so easy, healthy, and yummy.
