Hi everyone!
I think it’s important to pay attention to our emotions to avoid them turning into obstacles for our weight and health goals. There’s a known fact that we do not always eat because we’re hungry but because we are stressed or dealing with different emotions at the same time.
What do you think about the relation between our mood and what we eat?

Lots of correlation between the two. For many people food equals comfort. I log all of my food as I am changing my lifestyle to result in health and weight loss. I also write down emotions, feelings of hunger as well as emotions. It can be helpful looking back at the patterns of emotions, hunger, cravings and eating.

I think it's great that you write down your emotions because that helps you to be aware of what you're feeling and also to recognize the things that affect you. This has a huge impact in what we eat as we stop handle our feeling through food 😊
