Hello Fitbit Friends,
Here is my weekly menu. I followed it it 95% this week, yet stayed within my calorie range. Following this diet, I lost 2.5 pounds the first week, 1.75 pounds the following week. This eating plan has been successful for me, so I would like to share it with you all as well.
On my profile I uploaded some pictures of what the meals should look like. I also make my foods public.
If anyone would like to make some suggestions, feel free to post a response.
I would like some suggestions for light evening snacks.
I personally suggest the Turkey Chili. I was delicious and very filling.

@Naomi94 So many of these things look delicious! I'm going to try some of them in the coming weeks - the guacamole stuffed hard boiled egg sounds yummy! Is the recipe for the Turkey Chili posted anywhere? And the BBQ Salmon? Thanks! I'm always looking for new, healthy recipes!
