Opinions on the matter differ. Some say only water. Others say any liquid goes. I would say any non-caloric/non-alcoholic liquid (and yes, I do understand some beverages – e.g. coffee – can have a diuretic effect).

Whether you’re interested in weight loss or general health, water intake isn’t a make or break issue anyway, so no need to overthink it IMO.

Just water for me too via my Hidrate Spark bottle and any other  bottled water which I consume as well.

Take a look at this article, might bring some insight 🙂

I count water, coffee, diet soda etc... It all counts. If you eat 2 cups of grapes or a few slices of watermelon you are getting a lot of water from those as well. Veggies also contain lots of water although I don't count that because I don't know how much is there.

Hello all!

Thanks for sharing. It is interesting that one could micromanage this, but I personally only log "water" and "tea". Nothing else.

Have a great day!
