What can I include when logging my water intake? Squash, tea, coffee etc? All thoughts welcome

Opinions on the matter differ. Some say only water. Others say any liquid goes. I would say any non-caloric/non-alcoholic liquid (and yes, I do understand some beverages – e.g. coffee – can have a diuretic effect).
Whether you’re interested in weight loss or general health, water intake isn’t a make or break issue anyway, so no need to overthink it IMO.

Its a individual preference.
I myself only count water nothing else
But Squash? That's a vegtable

Just water for me too via my Hidrate Spark bottle and any other bottled water which I consume as well.

I count water, coffee, diet soda etc... It all counts. If you eat 2 cups of grapes or a few slices of watermelon you are getting a lot of water from those as well. Veggies also contain lots of water although I don't count that because I don't know how much is there.
