Weekend prep

So a lot being successful in a healthy lifestyle comes down to making sure healthy choices are easy.  Part of that is prep, maybe especially weekend prep.  One of the things I’ve been doing for weekend prep lately is roasting veggies.  Today it’s brussel sprouts, potatoes, beats, and squash.  Just a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper on the lot, and throw ‘em in the oven at 450 for 30-45 minutes. These will in the 1/2 veggie part of my meals this coming week.  

 

So what weekend prep ideas/habits to you have?

I love Sunday food Prep! It makes me happy and sets up the week for success.

@LinCar -- I know, right? I'm mentally in a better place if I've got a few weekday meals planned out and mostly prepared on Sunday.

Hi @Baltoscott. You're right. I love cooking on Sundays, I don't cook that fancy as you do but I like preparing week meals. 

 

I just turn on my music and dance while cooking... 😂
