@FitbitUser103  are you looking for something specific? There are so many, that if you narrow down the scope of your question we can try to help you. I will start with one.. that if you eat "healthy" you will lose weight. That isn't the case. Healthy food can be high in calories and good fats which are not bad for you per se, but will not lead to any weight loss and an elevated fat intake isn't good regardless of how good the fat it. Monitoring intake of calories is the best way to lose weight, with high nutrition being the goal.
