Im trying to do some calculations. When I enter the food I want the servings are in bars? Any idea what that means or what a bar is in ounces.

What kind of food is it?
When something is listed as just "One bar" that usually means it's one of whatever (protein bar, chocolate bar), and whoever entered the food never bothered to add in the weight.
This is exactly why I ended up switching to My Fitness Pal to enter food data.

I assume you aren't refering to the unit of pressure, so if you are talking about a protein bar or something similar, it is likely between 1-2 oz, but as @Raviv said, MFP might be the place to go if you can't find it on the package or a Google search. Most people have it on their website, but sometimes they make it less than easy to find.

Why does it have "bar" for fried egg?
