What is good fitness nutrition journal?
For weeks now I don't know right one to get! So... I did buy one it called "fitbook by fitlosophy" and I got fitspiration a journal too. What be good one to get? Or fitlosophy be good? Thanks

Take a look at plumpaper.com they have a 7x9 fitness planner you may find suitable for your needs. It's good to have if you're the type of person who finds planners, journaling, or taking notes to help you in day to day life. If you're a cell phone calendar, email reminder then it's probably a waste of money.

Whichever one you use to keep track of your food intake whether it be pen and paper or one like here on Fitbit. It all depends on what you want out of it; just calories or a breakdown of fat, calories, sugar, etc. I've used a variety of them but now I just use the log on Fitbit. I basically keep one just to make sure I eat enough. Too often I have find myself eating too little in a day.
