My favority summer time snack is a healthy homemade ice cream with very few calories.
Pineapple Ice Cream
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
about 1/2 cup 30 calorie unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 packet artificial sweetener
a little vanilla flavoring (I use about a teaspoon)
Makes 2 servings
Put into blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth. It is delicious and creamy. On WW it is 0 pp
I have also made it using strawberries and the peach is delicious too.

i have always wanted to make my own hummus, but a friend said I need to use a food processor and I don't have one. Can you use a blender, it is a rather nice blender, it's a ninja?

I used to own a food ninja as well. I think you would have no problem making hummus with it.

Fruit or fat free yoghurt!
There are only 30 calories in 100g strawberries.. the other day I ate a WHOLE box of 400g and that was only 120 cals! probably bad for my teeth but yummy. Also raspberries have the same cals.
I eat Rachels organic yoghurt which is 80 calories for 100g and 0% fat which is also good 🙂

Dried apples.. made homemade in my dehydrator. Carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, a thing of string cheese (80 calories), fresh apples, peaches, blueberries, raspberries.. a granola bar. I dont eat big meals, so I tend to snack a lot, a few bites of something here and a few bites of something there. Cottage cheese, yogurt and granola are my big protein builders.

I love eating banana protein pancakes as a snack - whisking together 1/2 banana, 1 egg white and a tablespoon of oats/protein powder and then fried with cooking spray. It tastes delicious with some stevia sprinkled on top and a tsp of peanut butter 🙂 It's only about 120 calories and tastes delicious!
