I substitute apple juice for grape juice since I never have this around. I also use an ice cream scooper to shape the balls then just roll them by hand. I make these on weekends and they last the entire week since I only eat one a day usually. Very filling and complement a healthy breakfast.

1. Almond butter on apples (I love the salt/sugar combo in a healhty way).
2. Paleo Scones are great for breakfast or for an after dinner treat... so easy to make
3. A spoon full of cashew butter is another good snack (blend in a food processor: 10oz cashews, 1/3 c honey, drizzle in walnut oil until your consistancy is met... That easy)
4. Almond Milk hot chocolate
These are just a few of my favorite things.
