Hi everyone and Merry Christmas! Just got my Fitbit Force and am wondering what's the best protein for breakfast? I make my own breakfast smoothies during the week and usually add protein powder to them. Right now I have Pure Protein Whey 25 mg, I bought this from Walmart. Is one protein powder better than the other?

I definitely think the best thing you can do is check your ingredients list. Make sure everything is whole and nutritious. You're not doing your body any favors by consuming a bunch of artifical crap with a protein powder. That's why people say whole foods are better. For protein I prefer chicken and eggs and steak. When I take protein powder I use plexus P96. It's 96 calories with 15grams of protein and it tastes so good! Plus it's cold pressed whey protein which is the best absorbed by the body. So that's my choice.
