Haha sounds good! I rarely eat after I have cleaned my teeth for the evening (can't abide having to lean them again 😄), but if I do it is usually a rice cracker

I try not to have too many late night snacks but if I just can't help myself, I keep a container of clean and ready to eat green grapes in the refrigerator. I can just grab a handful and that helps. I also like hummus and flatbread which is only 200 calories and very filling. If I really go off base, I break out the air popper and popcorn it is. 🤣

Hmmm — now I’m wondering if the intrigue many find in “one meal a day” or intermittent fasting programs is that it eliminates the problem of the midnight snack altogether. And then there is the problem of does anyone really crave ‘healthy’ at midnight?
More seriously, I often eat dinner late - say 8pm or so, and will finish up at 9pm maybe with a fairly heathy mix of frozen mango chunks or some other frozen fruit in unsweetened yogurt with some protein powder and fiber powder.
Chickpeas do have a nice nutty taste to them, though. Also very good for you.

Chickpeas sounds great, @jackieallan77! Mine is pretty simple and practical as well, just carrot sticks, and not just for midnight, I eat them throughout the day and sometimes add some lemon! 😀
