What should I eat before workout? Any suggestions?

Hello everyone! Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should eat before my workout? If so, it is appreciated! 😉

I think you can eat some nuts, banana, pre-workout drinks, bars or anything which easily get digested and generate energy. When you workout your body will utilize the energy stored in your body. If you go on empty stomach you might feel tired or exhausted after 20 mins of cardio or weight training or HIIT.
