Is good to know more ppl are out there with allergies sometimes I feel like am the "special" person because I cant eat just anything and I have to read labels to the last word. A great recipe that is easy and I love making because is takes no more than an hour, zucchini with sausage. Simple ingredients and nothing from a can. 4 zucchini, 3 tomatoes, 2 sausages of your choice (I like hillshire I think thats the name) , I like to add mushroom a handfull and spinach, and an onion. Chop the zucchini, and muchrooms, and onion let that cook on the pan while that cooks blend the tomatoes with garlic and salt and chicken broth or use a broth cube. After the zucchini and muchrooms soften and then throw in the blended tomatoes, let that simer. And now you cut the sausage as big or small you want them and throw that in and now let it cook thrue where all the vegetables are soft. After that throw in the spinch and let it cook. Is ready to serve make sure the garlic and salt are a great mixture or add more. This is a simple recipe that I can let it cook on its own while I clean or catch up on work.

Wow! that recipe sounds delicious! 😄

Is the first time I hear about < hillshire > it doesn't sound to be difficult to cook and I really like the ingredients, I will definitely give it a try (during my time off next week 🙂 )  Do you think it will vary too much if I add some chicken breasts?

Thank you for sharing!

I think I misspelled that but it's sausage with a green sticker on it with a red barn you can find it next to the ham at walt mart. But yes it's a simple dish and you can add our switch ingredients to your liking, but what makes it simple it cooks on its own you just throw the food together and not have to do much.
