When tracking food, for coffee and milk what is bar?

I make coffee every day in my coffee maker So I’m not tracking Starbucks or something like that. When I enter coffee in the food tracker, coffee with milk and sugar pops up, which seems very convenient. But the coffee is measured in something called bar. I cannot understand what this means there is no option for cups or ounces just bar.

or is there another way I should be recording coffee with milk and sugar?

Hello @Koshpeli and welcome to the Community.  What country food database do you use?  I don't see anything like that in the US database.

Hello! Bar refers to the pressure unit the coffee maker (or espresso machine) uses. To give you an idea an espresso shot uses an average of 9 bars. Try to look for Americano coffee. If you take it black just add the sugar cal. or the milk/cream calories. I take my coffee capuccino “style-ish” and it goes for about 100 cal. Have a good day!
