Which meal do you struggle the most with to keep healthy? Fasting routines?

I am currently trying intermittent fasting. I fast right after lunch and 4am the next morning. I try to go for a walk and give my body 30minutes to an hour of wake up time until the first meal of the day. What do you guys think is a good breakfast meal? Also snack in between meals tend to also be challenging for me. Do you guys have any recommendations?
