Just wondering to who or where we report wrong information with listed foods in the food logging journal part of the app?!
Its telling me 440ml of Guinness Stout is 1540 calories. I feel like this is way wrong when i google the actual numbers?

IDK but every barcode I scan is inaccurate so it's a terrible database. IDK if individuals are entering these foods and just getting them wrong or if there is a difference in nutritional values from one country to another but it is a pain in the rear to customize every food I eat in order to get a correct picture of my nutrients. BTY, your 440ml of GS is 154 calories 🙂

Hi @WhiskeyJack77 @PoodleMamaof7 it's great to see you here.
@WhiskeyJack77 thanks for the details shared. To better assist you, please confirm if this happens when you log different food. In the meantime please check that the correct amount and measurement was used to log your food.
@PoodleMamaof7 thanks for your feedback about the food data base. If a food information is not accurate it can be edited on the dashboard.
I'll be around.

Hi Generally soo disappointed with the food database. When scanning the most common things in Sweden its not in there. And adding everything is too much effort. Been using MyFitnessPal-app and their database is excellent, the most obscure things are in there.... Was looking forward to seriously keep track of food in combo with Fitbit-excersice but no..... Cant you make an agreement with them and make users happy?
Cheers from 64*N

just switch to Vodka, the database lists Vodka(Smirnoff) as 1 cup has only 1 calorie

I get this all that time, I'm a UK member and I frequently shop at various stores. When logging meals I scan the barcodes this is a pain as it always brings the wrong item. For example when scanning semi skimmed milk from Morrison's (their own brand) it doesn't even register or know what it is so then I have to search for it. Another example when scanning Tesco chicken nuggets it brings up Sainsburys chicken burgers. The food database is rubbish. It's difficult to find the correct item and then of course it's making sure it's the correct nutritional information against all the packaging. It's a pain. I like to track calories and macros but fitbit isn't that best for this. I don't want to have to integrate multiple apps when I'm a premium fitbit member I want to just be able to have everything all in one place.
