Hi Vegan fellows! Anyone would like to share with me why you're a Vegan now? Currently, I'm in my 7th month since I started enjoying of this lifestyle.
I've learned so much during these couple of month, at first I thought this was going to be hard, then I realized how much food we can enjoy and we can always reinvent. 🙂
By the way, does anyone has already tried Beyond Meat? Was speechless after trying a burger from a local Vegan restaurant here where I live.
Being vegan has definitely helped way too much to stop with the binges. I used to be a sugar and junk food addict.
If you want to share with me some recipes for your favorite desserts, please be my guest! 🥝
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi There
Congrats on going Vegan. I’ve been a vegan for about 10 years, vegetarian before that.
My fav things are curries, dahls, smoothies and oatmeal. Plus fruit of course.

Vegan since 2013. I'm probably one of the laziest vegans when it comes to preparing food. I don't really cook beyond boiling pasta or beans but I eat almost any fruit or vegetable if I like it and there are so many convenient snack foods. Especially Lara bars which have no sugar added beyond what is already naturally part of the fruit in them.

Hi! I have been vegan for a few years now. My main focus was to live a healthier lifestyle and my partner and I are always conscious of the environment and going vegan is a small, but helpful way to do our part in helping the planet. I also try my best to eat a keto diet as well to aid in weight loss and energy (I have a desk job and I have found this to be the best option for me). Eating vegan has also helped me with the biggest issues regarding my sweet tooth! I love sweets and now I just have replaced that with different vegetables. In the first year or so you definitely want to be mindful of the nutrients you are getting and supplement if necessary.
I love beyond burgers! I can't say it is a staple in our house because sometimes it tastes too beefy/heavy for me, but it is nice every now and then. I buy the ground version and make up my own patties.
For desserts.... overnight oats or chia pudding have been my fave! It might be strange, but I also just really like the slight sweetness in Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein and Greens vanilla flavor with some naked PB. It fills me up and I think it tastes great.
I hope you continue to enjoy your vegan adventure!!!
