Your most satisfying logged meal

I was wondering what everyone's most satisfied logged meal was.

 

Is there a way to copy a logged meal to the discussion board? I have a MacBook Pro and I tried copying the part of my browser page that displayed the details of a logged meal but no luck being able to paste into here.

 

Does anyone know if I can and if so, what I am doing wrong? 

 

And if you can and want, please post your most satisfying logged meal here. I am looking for ideas. I am interested in total calories, total grams of carbs, total grams of protien and total grams of fat information as well.

Breakfast

1/2 cup of egg whites, one turkey sausge link, one good finger pinch of reduced fat cheese, one dry toasted English Muffin and one Orange. 

 

313 calories. 44.4 g carbs, 23.9 g protein, 5.2 fat.

 

* and the great thing is you can add all kinds of veggies to this and not really change the numbers much..

Breakfast is my favorite too!

 

1/4 cup egg beaters, 1 Tbs red bell pepper, 1 Tbs green bell pepper, 1 Tbs Bobby Salazars medium salsa, 1 Morningstar original sausage patty, 1/4 cup horizon fat free milk split in two cups of coffee, and a kashi honey almond flax bar.  315 calories, 35 carbs, 8 fat, 26 protein, 585 sodium and 15 sugars.

Thanks for sharing. That sounds yummy. I could eat breakfast for every meal. 🙂
