anyone have recipe/suggestion for a brewed tea to help fight hot flashes?

I once saw a suggestion that some type of herbal tea(s) are helpful in combating hot flashes.  Now can't remember where I saw it.  Can anyone help?

My mother-in-law tried Black cohosh before she decided to go with a hormone replacement patch.

 

Might be some information online about it.
