HELP !!!!! need suggestions for meals simple meals as I have picky eaters. Not a vegatarian and no allergies. so wide open for suggestions.

Fish is always easy to make and you can serve homemade french fries (baked not fried) or even sweet potatoe fries. Chicken stir fry with lots of fresh veggies is another option. Homemade soups are super easy and healthy. Be sure to fill your plate with lots of veggies!

1. Comfort foods- Homemade soups are always good. (Chicken Noodle, Loaded Baked Potato (cauliflower), cram of broccoli, chili, stews.)
2. Asian - Chicken, beef, or shrimp and veggie stir fry
3. Mexican - Tacos, or taco salad, fajitas
4. Italian - Spaghetti ( with squash), lasagna
5. Meat / Veggies - you fill in the blank with your choice of meat and veggie combo!

simple and easy ideas.... crockpot for anything, load it up and it's ready to go. There are great healthy recipes for crockpot cooking at prevention.com or many other food sites. Soups made from scratch, omelets, salads with beans/quinoa as part of the ingredients. Prevention magazine website has many great recipes that fit this.
