I have 3 kids and a fiancée who do not like to eat healthy. I have tried with healthy meals and snacks, they rather not eat or complain that it doesn't taste good. I have tried making certain things for myself and make them different food, but then they complain that I get "good food" and they don't. I don't know where to go from here. Please help!!

There are a lot of good recipes out there that you cant tell they are low calories
Try these sites
But What ever I put on the table they will eat or stave. I refuse to cook 2 meals. They will get use to it.

Your fiance is an adult and should be polite about meals someone made so he can be an example for the kids. 😕 I stopped cooking for my spouse at all after too many complaints. Ask the kids for input - if they want tacos, make them from scratch and use corn tortillas and use the toppings as a base for a taco salad for yourself having just one tortilla. I do the same with spaghetti - make my kid her fave and have mine with chopped zucchini instead of pasta. Little changes add up to big ones.

@hiyaarasStart with some easy swaps on old favorites and don't tell them. For example, spaghetti, use spaghetti squash instead of pasta. If you typically make meat balls, use ground turkey. Make the sauce from scratch, if you've never done it, it's easier than you might think (http://www.food.com/recipe/fresh-tomato-pasta-sauce-409639). There a ton of swaps you can make to create healthier meals while still servicing the dishes your family loves. Small changes are best if your family is resisting change. Good luck!

Wait, they complain that they don't like the healthy food you make them but when you make them their regular food and make your healthy dinner, they whine that you're eating the "good food"? Considering you're cooking, they can STFU and appreciate the food you cook for them. It may suck having to cook two meals, but maybe you could cook both and let them choose the healthy or the unhealthy and not whine if someone else's food looks better.
Or maybe your fiancee could cook every once in a while.

I cook two meals. but I don't cook for my family everyday. I cook three days max (includes weekends) and they can have leftovers or fend for themselves. My husband is included in that deal. I used to cook one meal for everyone and weighed almost 200 pounds. Of course this works because my kids are probably older than yours (14 and 18) and after 20 years my husband is lucky I pay any attention to him period 🙂 - I will just say one thing that is completely none of my business... how your fiancé is now is an indication of how he will be as a husband... I know there are kids involved but he should stand with you, not the kids- I will now be quiet and go watch America's Got Talent.
