I have found that using MyFitnessPal MFP) works well. It is an app and website and has an amazing food data base! I can also log food on fitbit by inputing each ingredient in the food or taking the time to create a new food. It is time consuming but worth it for stuff I make regularly. It can all be done through the food log feature on the dashboard (website, not app). But much of the time I have found what I want on MFP 🙂
