Super bowl party this Sunday and there will be plenty of unhealthy food. Thinking of something to bring that's healthy yet still appropriate for the occasion. Any suggestions?

I like to bring veggie trays.
Another favorite of mine is hummus and baby carrots. You could also bring some mini pita breads for other people that like the carbs.
You can also do light/baked tortilla chips with salsa.

how about some Salsa & Cream Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels
Mix some light spreadable cream cheese with salsa
spread on a soft tortilla (these look great when you use the green and red tortillas, but the whole wheat ones are just as good)
sprinkle a few diced red or green peppers or sliced olives on top
sprinkle some light shredded cheese (maybe tex mex!)
Roll up the tortilla and cut into bite sized rounds.
Here's a link to a similar recipe from the Kraft website with pictures.

You could also bring the individual packs of hummus for people so they won't overeat! Portioned sizes!
Maybe apples sliced with an apple slicer along with the Fat Free Caramel Marzetti dip.
Chocolate covered strawberries - not too, too bad or chocolate covered bananas.

Hi Katieb,
You should go in to business for coming up with great lists. This was just what i needed. Heading to store and planning a spread.
