I have Crohns disease so I cant eat much for veggies/fruit (by much I mean even a few bites send me soring in pain... I can do a few green beans and iceberg lettuce, cucumbers without skin and uncooked and thats it, fruit mostly can only have the applesauce in the pouches, small amouts of strawberries and apples without skins) Trying to loose weight because of my disease and other physical aliments, also just got my fitbit and loving it and these discussion boards. Hoping there are some others out there like me that have some ideas for quick meals or snacks I can make and eat that will help... (and not I cant do nutritional shakes and meals either-no plexus, shakology or anything like that)

Welcome to the Fitbit Family @animalmommy ! It is great to hear you wish to follow this path along with Fitbit.
First of all I´d recommend contacting your doctor to get a list of allowed food items and to get details as to nutritional value, suplements and schedules.
I have found an amazing thread which mentions Crohns and dietary restrictions, it is from @DebbieT777 back in june and @CMDog mentioned a Low Residue Diet that may be helpful for Crohns patients, I would recommend checking this diet with your Doctor (link here)
Hope this helps! I wish you the very best with your health, family and loved ones.

My doctor is completely useless, thats why I decided to try and post in here and see if anyone else had crohns and had found some things that would be easy for snacks and meals. Im the first person my doctor has ever dealt with that a little fiber supplement hasnt fixed the problem, and with crohns fiber is usually your enemy. Thank you for the link I will check it out!

Hello again @animalmommy ! I hope you are doing great
I know it can be troublesome to sometimes speak to certain doctors because you get the feeling they are not listening to you; however, there is a massive community out there for people who are also dealing with Crohns, I have just found this really cool page called Crohns & Me (link) and I've found the following:
Hope they help!
