anyone have a chicken kabob recipe

I don't have a specific kabob recipe per se, but a good marinade that I use is equal parts soy sauce and brown sugar for however long you have to marinade, up to 24 hours. Just make enough to cover the meat you have. For the kabobs, I have in the past made sure to make meat only and veggie only kabobs because you can risk cross contamination from the chicken and you will have to cook the meat a lot longer where the veggies might not hold up.

The marinade you mentioned is also great on Salmon. However, I do equal parts of soy sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil. Generally the recommended time to marinate is a minimum of a couple hours although I have used this as a basting sauce and it works fine. If you do it on the grill it will carmalize.
I also think just plain itallian dressing is a good marinade.
