14 year old unable to setup Inspire 3 device to FitBit app because it does not show up

My wife and I got our daughter an Inspire 3 for her birthday. She just turned 14 this month, but no matter what we've tried the Fitbit app only displays the three Ace models for her to choose from. I thought that when she turned 14 that she allowed to use Fitbit?

Hi, @steelcitykid73 , as your daughter is 14 she can use any device in the full range.  However, she must have her own account using an email address.  You will not be able to add her as a child on a Family Account unless she is using one of the kid’s trackers.  I think that is why you have not been able to set up her Inspire 3.
