I am thinking of buying inspire 3 .but under some features i.e heart rate variability in health section it is written that it is only available in selected countries. So how to know which features are available for my country.

@chandan4rad , unfortunately Fitbit does not appear to publish a clear list of which features are available in which country. I agree that this is a problem.
Having said that, it seems that Heart Rate Variability (HRV) - which is part of the Health Metrics Tile, is available in India. I found this announcement . Also I temporarily changed my country to India in the app in order to confirm, and the tile was still available to me.
Please note, however, that the Health Metrics tile is a Premium feature. The Inspire 3 will come with a free Premium subscription, but once this expires you will need to continue to subscribe if you wish to continue to have access to HRV.

@chandan4rad Just a slight clarification. The Inspire 3 doesn't require Premium to see the Health Metrics.
Premium members get more detail.
