Active Minutes and Hourly Activity broken AGAIN in the app

This happened just a few months ago and it's back.  Active minutes may register in the app for a time but then they delete.  I can walk 35 minutes straight on the treadmill and end up with zero.  But during that time it will register ten, then go back to 1, then count some more, the subtract again.  Likewise Hourly Activity in the app is all wrong.  In the app I have no credit for the two hours in which I was walking, while I have credit in an hour I was seated at a restaurant the whole time.  My health plan reward program is tied to the active minutes on my fitbit and this malfunction affects my rewards. Stop driving this Fitbit into the ground driving away users and maintain the products and services people loved before google took over.
