Active Zone Minutes & Calories Burned

Since switching my Inspire 3 to my google account yesterday, my AZM have gone through the roof. My calories burned, on the other hand, have dropped by about 300 to 400/day. A couple days ago, I walked 20K steps and clocked 60 Active Zone minutes. Yesterday, I walked 14K steps and had 612 AZM! It's noon as I write this and apparently I have 233 AZM but I've been at my desk all morning. I have not made any changes to the heart rate settings and my resting heart rate hasn't changed either. My activity levels have been consistent. No big changes.

When I went to look at recent stats, as I clicked on each day, I watched the total calories burned drop in real time. A few days ago, I burned about 2300 cals but watched the number go down to 1870 when I went back to check. Similar drops happened for other days.

Any ideas as to why this might be happening? Any suggestions on how to fix this, or is this the new norm?

This morning I logged out of the app and signed in again, plus I updated the software on my fitbit and fully charged it, hoping that might make a difference but it hasn't. Any suggestions would be so welcome!
