My eldest has a Luxe and we have just purchased an inspire 3 for our youngest.
The fitbit account wont let me add another device. Can someone help me please?
I can't even set up a new email address to attach her account to, so im very stuck and no amount of searching is helping give me an answer. Thanks

Hi, @YLB22 there are several issues here. In the first place you cannot have both the Luxe and the Inspire 3 on the same account, unfortunately. It is simply not possible, and you will need to have two separate accounts for the two devices.
Each account requires its own email address. The only exception is for a family/child account. However, neither the Inspire 3 nor the Luxe is designed for use by children. The only Fitbits designed for children under 13 are the Fitbit Ace, Ace 2, Ace 3, or Ace LTE
Because neither the Inspire 3 nor the Luxe are designed for children under 13 and it is not possible to add either device to a child account. They must each have a full Fitbit account. In the setting up process you will be asked to indicate the birthdate for each account and if the date indicates the person is under 13 it will not be possible to create the account. If you are in the US this is a federal regulation designed to protect the child’s privacy and Fitbit is required to comply. There are similar regulations in many other countries (in some parts of Europe the required age is actually 16!)
You can find out more information on how to manage a child account/family account in this help article .
If your children are aged 13 or older (in the US) then they will each need their own full (adult) account with their own individual email address. For information on setting up an adult account please see the article How do I set up my Fitbit device which should provide all the information that you need.
I hope this makes it clearer! Welcome to the community forums!
