Adding inspire 3 to kids acct

I'm trying to add my kids inspire 3 to her acct that has been used since 2018 and it won't let me add it, only Aces are listed.  I've deleted the app ans reloaded.  I tried to delete her account, but now it appears I have deleted her whole account and can't add it back for 30 days.  She just got this as a gift and I can get it to work for her.

Hi @Kristalsexsmith a child can't use the Inspire 3. They must be 13 (USA) or 16 (some European countries) in order to use anything other than the Ace series. You can learn more about Family Accounts in this article - click to read.
