I purchased inspire 3 because Dr suggested I get that one to help track sleep better, using new sleep mouth guard. I had to upgrade to premium to get this data. Never really works.
It is too inconsistent and doesn’t record enough days to get an actual sleep score. I have contacted Fitbit and have tried all their different suggestions several times. It will work for a week maybe, and then doesn’t work again??? Very frustrating and a waste of $$.
anyone figure this out ?

Same issues. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Still have no clue what incantation is required to make it work. Frustrating that have to manually synchronize the device stats when it’s always connected. Most of the time it fails synchronize.

I’ve had my Inspire 3 for three weeks and it stopped tracking my sleep. Resetting doesn’t work.

Pretty new to this forum and sadly already part of this group 😅
I bought the Inspire 3 like 3 weeks ago and the first week and a half I got sleep score everytime, no issues at all bu suddenly now I get no scores, only random day I got it, just one. I tried everything I read in the forum to make it work and nothing, any other ideas, solution or explanation on why this is happening? Could it be a bug in the new update?
Other than that the Inspire 3 is working perfectly and I'm very happy with it, that's why I would like to fix this issue and not have to send it back.
Thanks a million!

What works for me is sadly, keep trying to synch. Pull down the screen and wait. Over and over and over. Restart the app. Put the Fitbit on charger. Eventually it synchs. May take 10,20, or 30 tries. Sad really. Didn’t used to be this way. I’ve had mine for 3 years and this is getting worse. Something changed fairly recently.

Thank you. My issue seems to be resolved today but we’ll see if this was the cause (OS update). Since I’ve read so many complaints about this issue I’m skeptical but hope it’s the answer. I plugged in my iphone and downloaded the latest OS update while my Fitbit was in its charging cradle. That worked!

Have had my inspire 3 for 8 months now and love it. I've found that you do have to try synching it about 5 times sometimes, not sure why it intermittently takes multiple times to complete the upload, but it does. Also found that if your battery is too low it won't record your sleep. Assuming this is due to battery life preservation.

My Inspire 3 works just fine, but my wife is on her third Inspire 3 and they all have the same issue; no sleep cycle, breathing rate or HRV data successfully acquired over night and displayed on the app in the morning, so no sleep score either.
We've been down the typical customer service path described on other posts multiple times with these devices with no resolution, so I suspect that this issue will only be resolved with an updated firmware version. Until then, we will continue returning her marginal Inspire 3 devices for a replacement until we get one that works.
