Hi, @SamZilch, welcome to the community, you do not mention in which respect the alarms are unreliable. If the alarms do trigger but you do not detect the vibration, I suggest you check the setting on your Inspire 3. Swipe down from the clock screen to and touch settings>swipe up to vibrations & check it is set on "Strong" The alarms should function even if you are in DND or sleep mode. The vibration feature is not particularly strong and you must keep your device "snug" on your wrist or you might miss it.

Are you receiving notifications on your Inspire 3 from your phone? You will not receive these if you are in DND or sleep mode.
