Last week I bought an Inspire 3 for myself and a Luxe for my wife. They seem to use the same operating system. Neither one has reliable alarms, which is a deal breaker for both of us. My wife's morning "Smart Wake" alarm has never gone off. At all. Mine worked for the first few days, then stopped. Normal alarms have also proven to be glitchy and unreliable. For example, a one-time alarm set for today fails to go off and when you check it, it now says it's set for tomorrow. Restarting the watches has reactivated some of the alarms some of the time, but strangely can also alter the watch's date, which causes lost activity data when syncing to the app. The OS on these watches was not ready for release. Both are being returned.
