Not sure this is related to the charge, but it's the only variable that I can identify.
I recharged my Inspire 3 yesterday and since then, the data has been wildly off. For example, it is telling me that I've walked 49,466 steps and 24 miles today. I don't know what the actual number is (since this isn't accurate!), but I'd guess it's somewhere closer to 10,000 steps and 6 or 7 miles. Calorie burn count also can't possibly be correct. I suspect maybe it's adding up several days, but ???
I've done a restart, but the data was the same after. Ideas as to how to get this back to normal (other than seeing if tomorrow morning it's at 0 again?)

Hi, @newpealand, welcome, you can correct the erroneous data How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? explains the process. We very occasionally see reports like yours but I've not seen a definitive explanation. How accurate are Fitbit devices? provides general background on accuracy but your discrepancy is way off the field. Having restarted your Inspire 3 have you seen a repeat of your problem? If so your best way forward will be to talk to "Customer Support".
I hope this helps.
Cheers

It did eventually reset to zero; it was just that one day that was so crazily off. It does make me wonder when it ticks over to another day, though--I would have thought midnight in the time zone of the user, but maybe not? (Thinking that it was adding a couple of days' worth of activity together.)
