All notifications stopped working on my Inspire 3

I no longer get notifications for text or calls? I also don’t get the vibrations when I reach 10k steps? All the notifications are turned on Any help?

Hi there, @haramny. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your notifications stopped working on your Inspire 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

If your Inspire 3 is also not vibrating for other features like your alarms or step goal, it's very likely that your Fitbit device is on sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
